All visual depictions of persons appearing or otherwise contained in this Website were over the age of (18) eighteen years at the time of the creation of such depictions.All visual depictions displayed on this Web site are exempt from the record keeping requirements provision of 18 U.S.C. section 2257 and 28 C.F.R. § 75 for at least one of the following reasons; The depiction was made prior to July 3, 1995; and/or because said they do not portray conduct or contain any visual depictions of conduct as specifically listed in 18 U.S.C section 2256 (2) (A) through (D) and was made before July 27, 2006; and/or they do not portray sexually explicit conduct or contain any visual depictions of sexually explicit conduct and are merely depictions of non-sexually explicit nudity; and/or are depictions of simulated sexual conduct; and/or are otherwise exempt because the visual depictions were created prior to July 3, 1995, as that term is defined in 18 U.S.C section 2256 (2) (A) through (E).

Moreover, the owners, operators & publishers of this Web site are not the primary producers (as those terms are defined in 18 U.S.C. Section 2257) of any visual content contained in this website and are exempt from any requirement of keeping, indexing or making available for inspection any records pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 2257 because it is a member in good standing of the Free Speech Coalition, because its activities do not “ involve the hiring, contracting for, managing, or otherwise arranging for the participation of the depicted performer ” and is protected by the preliminary injunction issued on December 28, 2005 in Free Speech Coalition, et al., v. Alberto Gonzales, No CIVA05CV01126-WDM-BNB in the United States District Court for the District of Colorado, published at 406 F.Supp.2d 1196.

Furthermore, in fulfilling its obligations under Section 2257, relying on the plain language of the statute and on the well-reasoned decision of the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals in Sundance; which states that those entities who merely distribute content, and have no role in procuring models or producing content, are exempt from on-site record keeping requirements.
